The Edmonton Oilers, who are currently in ninth place in the Western Conference, are giving season ticket holders until March 2 to secure their playoff tickets.
That’s right, a team that isn’t even in a post-season position right now, is giving their most loyal fans a deadline — in case they make it.
A jinx? Optimism? I call it another dumb NHL-related move.
