Coors Field East?

by Dan Bilicki In: Baseball

New Yankee Stadium seems to have something about it. Maybe they spent a bit much on outfield air conditioning and the fans are sucking the balls out further than they should be going. Maybe the Indians and Yankees are just that powerful. Or maybe Chein-Ming Wang just sucks that bad this season. Well, for some reason, there was a huge 26 run game (22 by the Indians), a 14-run inning (thanks in part to Wang) and record pace of 20 homers over four games.

My explanation of how this came about? Well maybe it really is the House That A-Rod built — jacked up on the ‘roids.
