Texans should run over Indy

Week 15 is usually wacky week in the NFL. Underdogs do some strange things, like Indy winning its first game of the season against the supposedly good Titans. The Texans also looked pretty shabby against the lowly Panthers. But I don’t see these trends continuing.
Would the Colts really risk blowing their shot at Andrew Luck, the heir to Peyton Manning? Are the Texans really that poor on defence with their co-ordinator Wade Phillips absent? I don’t think so.
This game will really come down to the Texans’ Arian Foster and Ben Tate running over the Colts defence and Indy not being able to respond on the scoreboard. Don’t expect another Donald Brown breakout.
And isn’t this game infinitely less appealing than the schedule makers thought it would be when drawing up the schedule? It went from Peyton Manning vs. Matt Schaub to Dan Orlovsky vs. T.J. Yates. This game also went from a possible division-deciding matchup, to one involving a team backing in to the playoffs and a team that’s full-out sucking for Luck.
It’s too bad the NFL can’t flex these games, right?
Pick: Houston -6 over INDIANAPOLIS
Last week: 9-7
This season: 113-106-2
