For the first time in forever, we’re going to see some new blood climb to the top of the Eastern Conference.
While we have had two different teams make the NBA Finals from the East over the past eight years, there has been one constant: LeBron James. His Cavaliers and Heat teams were the best the East had to offer more almost a decade, but now the King has taken his talents to the West.
This opens things up for the contenders of the East: Boston, Toronto, Philadelphia and, maybe, Milwaukee.
But how will the King fare in the West with one of the weirdest rosters of players that he has had to play with? That’s the big question and the answer won’t be easy. We all wanted James to accept the challenge of playing in the West, now it’s time to sit back and watch the carnage.
