After the craziness and blockbuster trades of the past few weeks, plenty has changed in our mock draft with less than a month until the real deal.
1. Jacksonville
Aiden Hutchinson, DE, Michigan
With the Jags making moves to beef up their O-line in free agency, it’s looking like Hutch is the top pick.
2. Detroit
Kyle Hamilton, S, Notre Dame
Some may balk at the positional value here, but Hamilton is a potential game-changer in the secondary.
3. Houston
Evan Neal, OT, Alabama
As the Texans’ rebuild moves on, selecting Neal would allow them to eventually move on from Laremy Tunsil.
4. N.Y. Jets
Ahmad Gardner, CB, Cincinnati
Adding the special Sauce to the Robert Saleh’s defence would help the Jets take the next step forward.
5. N.Y Giants
Ikem Ekwonu, OT, North Carolina St.
Putting the man they call Ickey across from last year’s top pick, Andrew Thomas, makes the Giants line a strength.
6. Carolina
Charles Cross, OT, Mississippi State
The Cats could nab Willis here, but without protection this team isn’t going anywhere fast.
7. N.Y. Giants
Travon Walker, DE, Georgia
The Giant now address the other side of their line, taking a rising prospect who could go in the top three.
8. Atlanta
Drake London, WR, USC
The Falcons are about to start a huge teardown and rebuild, leaving them many routes to go here.
9. Seattle
Malik Willis, QB, Liberty
Unless they have their eyes on Baker Mayfield, they’ll need a solution at QB because Drew Lock isn’t it.
10. N.Y. Jets
Kayvon Thibodeaux, DE, Oregon
Talent-wise, Thibodeaux is elite, but there reportedly are a lot of red flags regarding his footballing motivation.
11. Washington
Garrett Wilson, WR, Ohio State
Bringing in Carson Wentz takes QB off the board for them, so why not get the former Colts pivot a weapon?
12. Minnesota
Derek Stingley Jr., CB, LSU
After making some good additions in free agency, the Vikings are still in need of some help in their secondary.
13. Houston
Jermaine Johnson II, DE, Florida State
The Texans add another potential top-10 prospect with the top pick they received for Deshaun Watson.
14. Baltimore
Jordan Davis, DT, Georgia
The combine’s biggest winner, Davis would fit the Ravens’ pattern of taking the best player available.
15. Philadelphia
George Karlaftis, DE, Purdue
The Eagles start their run of three picks in five slots with this solid all-around edge rusher.
16. Philadelphia
Trent McDuffie, CB, Washington
Top CB Darius Slay is getting older and McDuffie has the ability to start as a rookie.
17. L.A. Chargers
Trevor Penning, OT, Northern Iowa
The Chargers have been a big winner in free agency and now plug one of their few remaining weaknesses.
18. New Orleans
Matt Corral, QB, Ole Miss
Re-signing Jameis Winston isn’t a long-term solution, so look for the Saints to take a QB to develop.
19. Philadelphia
Devin Lloyd, LB, Utah
As much as the Eagles don’t like taking off-ball LBs this high, Lloyd is a potential game-changer.
20. Pittsburgh
Kenny Pickett, QB, Pittsburgh
Steelers coach Mike Tomlin says they’ll draft a QB and we’re not going to argue with him.
21. New England
Jameson Williams, WR, Alabama
The Pats love ’Bama players and should have the inside info on Williams’ recovery, which is reportedly ahead of schedule.
22. Green Bay
Chris Olave, WR, Ohio State
After dealing Davante Adams, the Packers have never been more likely to draft a first-round WR.
23. Arizona
Devonte Wyatt, DT, Georgia
Wyatt is stellar prospect who can play inside but also provide a lot of pressure as a pass rusher.
24. Dallas
Tyler Linderbaum, C, Iowa
The Cowboys have several holes to fill, but losing two starters on their O-line makes this a priority.
25. Buffalo
Andrew Booth Jr., CB, Clemson
The Bills are a contender with few holes, but the biggest concern is Tre’Davious Whites’ return from injury.
26. Tennessee
Treylon Burks, WR, Arkansas
Trading for Robert Woods helps, but the Titans can use another weapon to compliment A.J. Brown.
27. Tampa Bay
Kenyon Green, OG, Texas A&M
After plugging one of their OG holes with Shaq Mason, the Bucs can fill the other with Green.
28. Green Bay
Zion Johnson, OL, Boston College
After taking a WR earlier (though we wouldn’t rule out a second), the Packers address their O-line.
29. Kansas City
Boye Mafe, DE, Minnesota
Many will peg the Chiefs to take a WR here, but they’ve already added two starters in free agency.
30. Kansas City
Daxton Hill, S, Michigan
With Tyrann Mathieu and Daniel Sorenson gone, the Chiefs badly need a refresh at safety.
31. Cincinnati
Kyler Gordon, CB, Washington
With their leaky O-line seemingly sorted out nicely in free agency, the Bengals’ next big hole is at CB.
32. Detroit
Nakobe Dean, LB, Georgia
The Lions could take a QB here, but seeing Dean fall this far, they have to pounce on him.
