The lines are from Sportsbook Review and the home teams are in CAPs.
BALTIMORE -4 over Cincinnati
Losing on the scoreboard was bad enough for the Bengals, but losing Joe Burrow to a wrist injury could be even worse.
Pittsburgh +1 over CLEVELAND
Just when Deshaun Watson was showing SOMETHING for the Browns, he’s lost for the season. The Steelers offence isn’t exactly impressing anyone and will have it tough against Cleveland’s defence, but the Browns season essentially is over.
HOUSTON -5 over Arizona
Kyler Murray’s return boosted this pedestrian Cards team to a win over the forever-frustrating Falcons, but these Texans are much more put together. While this might be a letdown spot for C.J. Stroud and Co., it’s an equal factor for Arizona, so we’ll spot the points with the superior team at home.
L.A. Chargers -3 over GREEN BAY*
One thing we know is that the Chargers have done their best work against inferior teams this season and the Packers certainly fall into that category. Throw in the fact that the Packers play the early Thanksgiving Thursday game and that’s more than enough to back Justin Herbert and Co.
New York Giants +9 over WASHINGTON
Look, we understand how bad Tommy DeVito and the Giants have played these past few weeks, but can you really spot 10 points with the Commanders?
JACKSONVILLE -7 over Tennessee
The Jags can’t afford to drop another game with the Texans in hot pursuit of the division lead. The Jags have some problems that aren’t hard to solve and coach Doug Pederson is smart enough to address them and bounce back from last week’s blowout.
DETROIT -7.5 over Chicago
The return of Justin Fields isn’t enough to convince us to back the Bears. Detroit is rolling right now and should run right over the Bears.
Las Vegas +13.5 over MIAMI
Are the Raiders a team of destiny? A couple years back, an interim coach led them on an impressive, unlikely run to the playoffs. In their two games under Antonio Pierce, they’re happy, playing harder and winning. They should show some fight in South Beach.
Dallas -10.5 over CAROLINA
The only thing that really scares us is that the Cowboys could take their foot off the gas in this one with Thanksgiving looming. Other than that, it’s hard to see Dallas not dominating.
SAN FRANCISCO -11.5 over Tampa Bay
Anyone that was worried about the 49ers after that three-game losing streak feels pretty silly after they dismantled the Jags last week. They’re at home against the fading Bucs here and shouldn’t have any issue running up the score.
L.A. RAMS -1 over Seattle
The Seahawks are going to be fired up to get some revenge after suffering a big loss to the Rams in Week 1, but won’t be getting it here. L.A. gets Matthew Stafford back from injury and that should be enough to boost it back into the win column.
New York Jets +7 over BUFFALO
The Bills made OC Ken Dorsey the scapegoat for the team’s poor play and questionable decision-making. That’s not going to be enough to get this team playing sound football again on a short week vs. a division rival.
DENVER -2.5 Minnesota
The Broncos got pretty fortunate on Monday night, but now come face to face with Dobbsmania. But, Denver has been picking up just as much steam as the Vikings have and aren’t dealing with the same amount of key injuries.
KANSAS CITY -2.5 over Philadelphia
We are in for a treat on Monday night with this Super Bowl rematch. The biggest difference between that classic and now is that the Eagles defence hasn’t been on par with last year’s squad while the Chiefs D has leveled up. K.C.’s offence may have taken a step back, but remains incredibly efficient and should score a win at home.
Last week: 5-8-1
This season: 68-78-4
